This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to "consumer health data" as defined under the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws. It explains what consumer health data we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have.

We collect the following consumer health data, and only when you choose to enable the relevant feature:
We do not collect precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or genetic data.
We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you for commercial purposes.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with any third party. Cycle data is stored in your account in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) and is never sent to analytics, advertising, or AI services. Oracle questions are processed by Google Gemini to generate a response; the safety scan is used only to protect you.

We retain consumer health data only for as long as needed to provide the feature to you. Cycle data is removed when you delete it in Settings or delete your account.
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
